31 Coventry Street is built to support the human need to commune, recognising the long-term health and wellbeing benefits of belonging and connection.

Within the entrance lobby, a range of meeting spots encourage informal conversation against an art-filled backdrop. Along with Bar Rosella, the ground floor is home to a boardroom designed for more formal group gatherings. The in-house wine cellar and landscaped rooftop are flexible spaces where work and play coalesce, providing ideal settings for serendipitous meetings and exchange of ideas.

Bar Rosella

31 Coventry Street captures Melbourne’s renowned hospitality with its own inhouse Wine Club and Bar Rosella—a familial space in which to gather over morning coffee or host informal meetings throughout the day. Serving an elevated rendition of traditional Milanese tramezzini, Bar Rosella offers a daily menu of fine sandwiches made with local produce.

By day The Wine Cellar by Project 49 is unique entertainment space for small gatherings and all day meetings. By night the venue comes alive with wine maker briefings and vertical tastings, creating close community bonds for the building and its people.

Wine Club

Run by former Vue de Monde wine director Rocco Esposito, 31 Coventry Street’s in-house wine cellar provides an exclusive space for residents and their guests to share tastings and grow their personal collections. Along with regular presentations from Victoria’s leading vignerons, Rocco offers a rotating dozen of Victorian and Tuscan wines to ensure residents can continually refine their palette for a deeper appreciation. Private dinners or boardroom lunches are catered by Rosella, showcasing produce local to Victoria’s north-east.

Landscape

Unique proximity to the Domain’s enduring open spaces offers residents at 31 Coventry rare access to the city’s most dramatic and beautiful gardens. Blending the boundaries between public and private realms, wild and abundant greenery is woven into the fabric of the building. From hanging terrariums in the lobby to the dramatic beauty of the rooftop garden, 31 Coventry embraces the holistic health and wellbeing benefits of being immersed in bright, verdant surrounds.

“The ecology that we see in the landscape adjacent is hosted in the building, so when you’re in your space, this is what you see.”
